General building handbook
The General Construction Handbook is a true handbook of the complex and detailed subject of building construction. Analyzes all the major residential and non-residential construction works, including the various procedures necessary for carrying out the interventions, codified in easy-to-consult operational sheets. The Handbook is updated to law 24 July 2024, n. 105, containing conversion, with amendments, of the legislative decree of 29 May 2024, n. 69 “Urgent provisions regarding building and urban planning simplification”. The volume is organized by topic, using operational sheets, within which all the indications and information useful for the procedural management of each activity are treated, in order to put the technician in a position to have the best indications necessary to guarantee complete coverage of the problems that he will be called upon to face in carrying out his duties. The operational sheets of each individual building intervention report: • Description of the intervention (detailed in basic details); • Technical data sheet (required building permit, constraints and anything else necessary); • Reference legislation (relating to the intervention to be carried out); • Jurisprudence (maximum relating to the intervention works); • Essential attachments (necessary for the request, the creation and its use). Mario Di Nicola, an architect, has worked in the technical offices of local authorities in the construction and urban planning sectors; he has drawn up numerous urban plans and public works projects. He is also a well-known author of multiple publications on the subject.
