With the DD100, Develon unveils a high-performance compact bulldozer, combining power, leveling precision and on-board technologies to meet the requirements of all construction sites.
With the launch of the DD100Develon hear ifimpose on the compact bulldozer segment with high added value. Positioned among the benchmarks in its category in terms of weight and power, the machine targets residential sites, light commercial projects and road works, where leveling precision is crucial. Its major asset? A particularly optimized weight/power ratio, which results in increased performance and greater traction capacity than models less than 140 hp.

Develon, formerly Doosan Construction Equipment, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipmentquarries and mines. Increased productivity, increased precision
The DD100 was designed to increase efficiency. Its six position blade – lift, swivel, tilt – allows tfine and controlled leveling workwith a capacity of 2.22 m3 as standard, reach 2.58 m3 optional. THE Two-way tilt adjustment refines cutting controlwhile the shaking function facilitates the removal of accumulated materials.
On the technology side, the machine integrates advanced solutions to improve precision, even in less experienced hands. A 2D system simplifies day-to-day operations, while 3D solutions, developed with Trimble, Leica and Topconrely on GPS guidance and a dedicated screen in the cabin. The electrohydraulic controls, delivered as standard, allow the responsiveness to be finely adjusted according to the operator’s preferences.
Optimized visibility, enhanced comfort
Designed for real construction site conditionsTHE DD100 focuses on leading visibility in its category. The compact design of the engine compartment frees the field of vision towards the blade and the work area. Added to this are lowered cabin pillars, generous glass surfaces and a standard reversing camera, reinforcing safety and control of operations.

Energy efficiency and sustainable performance
ECO mode
Under the hood, the 3.4-liter D34 diesel engine meets the requirements of the Stage V standard. An ECO mode reduces consumption by up to 5% during low-use phases. Added to this are automatic shutdown and slowdown functions, designed to limit energy expenditure during inactivity.

Operational versatility and structural robustness
The DD100 also stands out for its versatility. Equipped with a hydraulic attachment system for ripper – offered as an option – it allows you to break up hard soils before leveling or to intervene in erosion control operations. An optional drawbar further expands its uses on site.
Its chassis design aims to maximize durability while controlling operating costs. The choice between single or double flange rollers, associated with different levels of protection, allows the machine to be adapted to the specific constraints of each environment.
Simplified maintenance, increased availability
Finally, the DD100 has been designed to limit downtime. The pre-filter integrated into the intake system effectively protects against impurities, while access to maintenance points is facilitated, in particular thanks to removable panels. The reinforced fuel filtration system contributes to overall reliability.
