Atlantic asked the IFOP what the French expect in terms of comfortt. The answer comes down to five points. Here they are in order of decreasing importance:

– energy savings;

– Reliable equipment;

– Durable products, a brand they trust;

– And finally, improving everyday comfort.

Atlantic has learned from this that individuals now expect reliable, understandable and reassuring support at each stage of their project. But Atlantic does not sell directly to individuals, the brand relies on installers. It therefore offers tools intended both for the public and for its installers to convince their customers.

A series of tools

For the end customer, Atlantic offers the platform Atlantic Experts to help them select a qualified installer near them, as well as the financial aid simulator that the brand keeps up to date. For professionals, Atlantic offers the online sizing solution Select Clim for cooling solutions and Proji-pac for sizing heat pumps in individual homes.

For professionals, Atlantic has also increased the warranty period to 5 years on the main parts of all of its individual thermal comfort solutions. For a heat pump, the main part is the compressor. It is the heating element for a radiator, … In addition, thanks to the Express Guarantee, parts under guarantee are delivered free of charge within 24 hours to facilitate repairs. The brand also offers a 10-year warranty extension for air/water, hybrid and air/air heat pumps, as well as thermodynamic water heaters, radiators and electric towel dryers. This warranty extension is accessible to all professionals, provided that they carry out periodic maintenance of the equipment, with the exception of electric radiators. © PP

New heat pumps

Atlantique finalizes the equipment of a new heat pump factory in Châlon-sur-Saône where production will begin in October 2026. This 39,000 m factory2 will employ 300 people. This represents an investment of €110 million and will provide additional production capacity of 150,000 air/water pacs per year.

THE air/water heat pump market increased by 5.1% during the first four months of 2026, compared to the same period in 2025. In detail, the sales of monobloc pac – translation: R290 air/water heat pumps installed outside – increased 14.1%, while sales of split air/water heat pump (at R32) increased by only 2.5%, while sales of wall-mounted gas boilers under 36 kW fell by 28% and those of floor-standing boilers fell by 34.5%.

Curiously, the oil boiler market grew by 10.7%.

The very small hybrid heat pump market fell by another 21.4% during the first 4 months of 2026, compared to the same period in 2025. But Atlantic still believes in hybrid heat pumps and has presented a new model, its Hybrea hybrid heat pump, whose interior unit is small enough to be installed on the wall in a kitchen. © PP

The Alfea M air/water heat pump, thanks to R290, reaches a water leaving temperature of 75°C. Which makes it interesting for renovation as a replacement for an oil boiler. It is associated with an indoor unit with water connection and tank for the production of DHW. © PP

Atlantic does not manufacture air/air heat pumps but markets models produced by General (formerly Fujitsur General) and by Haier. The new Murao Access and Multi use R32. Access offers a reasonable price and is available in three powers: 2.7 kW, 3.5 kW and 4.9 kW. While the Murao Multi outdoor unit (in black) is a multi-split solution, up to 5 indoor units, compatible with all Murao Access, Smart and Premium indoor units. The high-power Takao units, below, reach 9.4 kW and feature a front-panel occupancy detector. © PP

Atlantique is also launching two models of thermodynamic water heaters. This, called Aquacosy Evolution AV, simultaneously provides ventilation by single-flow extraction and uses the extracted air as a cold source for its thermodynamic part in DHW production. Atlantic claims with this model up to 71% energy savings compared to a conventional electric water heater. © PP

The Nirvana+ cast iron radiator is also available in horizontal, vertical and plinth versions. © PP

Finally, all this equipment can be connected to the new CozyBox: Wifi upstream to the home’s internet box for access with the Cozytouch application, io-homecontrol and Zigbee downstream. io-home control ensures compatibility with older Atlantic devices, while newer ones use Zigbee. © PP

We will have to wait for the Interclima show to discover the new Atlantic offers intended for the collective and the tertiary sector.
