A live online course than in the sun 3 days provides technicians, jurists, managers and operators of Regions, Municipalities and local authorities, ATER (formerly IACP) and SGR (Savings Management Company), with all the essential tools to fully understand what the building, urban planning and cadastral compliance checks of the properties, aimed at the construction of the Real Estate Due Diligence for the marketing of public and private properties.

This IV edition of the course Building, urban planning and cadastral compliance checks of properties and Real Estate Due Diligence – which will be held on Thursday February 20Thursday February 27and Thursday March 6, 2025 (with the possibility of reviewing the recording for 365 days) – is profoundly renewed and updated following theentry into force of the Save Home law (105/2024) of reform of the Consolidated Construction Law.

Thanks to the experience of the Arch teachers. Marco CampagnaArch. Romolo Balasso and Lawyer Andrea Ferruti – coming from the technical and legal sector – the course will provide participants with a wealth of knowledge and skills sufficient to effectively and safely deal with the complex steps of the verification and Due Diligence procedure.

In the legal-administrative part the scope of the investigation will be addressed, which includes aspects such as the origin of the property, the encumbrances, the building permits, the situation of the systems and possible interventions. The topic of will also be covered regularization (building, cadastral, civil) with the innovations introduced by the so-called Save Home (DL 69/2024 – L. 105/2024), and the topic of the content of Due Diligence.

In the technical part the matters relating to the will be examined in detail legitimate state of the properties with the examination of some case studiesat tolerances constructive, ai constraints urban planning and the analysis and management of the latter as part of a Due Diligence or a building intervention.

The course is accredited for the continuous training of surveyors (12 CFP), and is being accredited for Architects and Lawyers.
